HSSEQ:
At ETSDC, we are committed to excellence in safety, health, security, environment, and quality (HSSEQ). Our innovative team is dedicated to creating a safe and productive work environment for all employees and stakeholders. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HSSEQ Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage HSSEQ policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, and report findings to management with actionable recommendations.
Monitor and analyze HSSEQ performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Provide training and guidance to employees on HSSEQ practices and protocols.
Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
Collaborate with various departments to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure ongoing compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in HSSEQ management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong knowledge of HSSEQ regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable plans.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HSSEQ management software.
Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is a plus.
IRCA approved Lead Auditor certification, for all three standards (9001 / 14001 / 45001) is a plus but minimum 9001.
